WHAT WE DO
You will hopefully have by now realised that Clan Living is more than just a student accommodation company; it’s a belief that everyone, not least students should have access to a luxurious living environment.
Students have been notoriously neglected in the past when it comes to their accommodation, so perhaps it’s due time for them to be provided with the type of environment and service that these ambitious, aspirational, discerning young men and women deserve.
‘Luxurious student homes, designed for you’ has been what Clan Living is all about, right from the beginning. We were founded with the promise of delivering a superior lifestyle to people who wanted that little bit more from their university experience.
We transform previously run down, poorly kept environments and transform them into incredible student homes. Alongside our student homes, we include a range of additional services and exclusive features that significantly enhance our members lifestyles and living experience.
Through our unique student homes and our lifestyle features, we aim to provide our students everything they may need to live a convenient and practical lifestyle, as well as everything they could want to live a truly spectacular and memorable one.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Clan Living is the result of a passionate property entrepreneur, Henri Hamm.
After finishing his degree in 2016, studying Retail Marketing & Management at Loughborough University, Henri immediately made his foray into property development. He had actually purchased the first Clan Living property during his final year, and began renovations shortly before his final exams.
Thankfully, it didn’t prove to be too much of a distraction and he left with a 2.1, diving straight into building Clan Living into a luxury student housing brand.
