INCLUSIVE BILLS
We take care of all your bills and utilities; gas, water, electric, internet, TV license. You have one payment and nothing more; so you can budget effectively and safely.
WELL EQUIPPED
Our student houses have pretty much everything you can ask for. Double beds and quality furniture come as a standard, and our communal areas are packed with tech such as cinemas, projectors and surround sound. Our kitchens are to die for, and come as standard with dishwashers, tumble dryers and huge range cookers.
WE ACT FAST
We are based locally near Loughborough University and have a team of contractors and trustworthy people who help take care of you and the house. We aim to respond to any requests within the same day, no matter how big or small.

Meet Henri Hamm
My mission is to provide students at Loughborough University amazing quality student homes; homes that inspire and are designed for you to succeed.
I was recently a student, so I know what it feels like to deal with poor landlords or houses.
I take incredible pride in delivering a personal, responsive service to every one of my tenants, and I care about making sure everyone has an experience worth remembering when renting with Clan Living.
