At Clan Living, we emphasize convenience, security and peace of mind. That’s why we take care of all your bills, so you can just focus on living.
Our Package
Our inclusive bills package is substantial and includes all your essentials as well as some extras to really make your Loughborough University experience with us one of a kind.
The Essentials
We have a £20 per person per week Bills Allowance which is charged in addition to your rent for the student house (although we will just advertise our prices as including this allowance already.)
This Bills Allowance is designed to cover the following:
Gas, Water, and Electric rates
TV License
Media Services
High-Speed Wifi
All the bills are in our name and are already set up for you when you move in. No messing about.
The only thing we may ask of you is to submit your name for the Virgin Media account (we will still pay for it) as you then get to access the new customer discount.
Council tax is not included in this package, however, full-time students, as defined by the Council Tax Regulations, are exempt from paying Council Tax.
Insurance for buildings and contents (owned by the landlord): is the responsibility of the Landlord and there is no charge passed on to the Tenant.
The Extras
Free of charge, we include these extras to really complement your living experience with us.
Regular gardening of the front, rear and side of the property.
A comprehensive Tenants Possessions Insurance policy that can be provided upon request.
Optional Chargeable Extras
Monthly cleaning of communal areas; bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms.

I was recently a student, so I know what it feels like to deal with poor landlords or houses.
