Fees & Additional Charges

Our tenant introduction service costs £200 per bedroom.

There may be instances where we may be required to perform additional services which will incur additional costs.

We will always communicate with you in advance of any costs that may be incurred and circumstances may vary.

  • Deposit protection fee of £60

  • Cleaning fee of £50 per bedroom

  • Virtual Inventory £80 per property

  • Gas Safety Certificate £75 per property

  • EPC £60 per property

  • EICR - Varies per property

  • Floorplans - Varies per property
