“I’ve been renting in Loughborough for the past 4 years and Clan living was BY FAR the best renting experience I have had during my time at Loughborough. The landlord Henri was so lovely and was constantly doing his upmost to make sure we had the best experience we possibly could whilst under his roof. If there was ever a problem with the house he would have someone put to fix the problem ASAP, the quickest time was within 10 minutes of reporting a problem! Not to mention the maintenance man Ted who came over to the house once a month to do the gardening etc. I couldn’t recommend this Letting company enough, although it is a little more expensive than I have ever payed for rent before, in the end it worked out to be well worth the money with everything you get included and how well you are looked after!”

“I lived in the York road property during my second year of studying at Loughborough. The interior of the house was finished to the highest quality making it a very enjoyable place to live. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately and Henri prioritises his tenants' wellbeing. He is easy to contact and very responsive. Having lived with Clan Living I would highly recommend choosing to live with them to further your University experience!”

“I lived at the Holt Drive property and it was honestly a great experience. Partly because of the very luxurious home but mainly due to how amazing our landlord, Henri is. I can guarantee that you won't find a better landlord in Loughborough. Any problem or query we had as individuals or as a house he got them sorted ASAP, even if we needed assistance at awkward times e.g. Sunday night we had a problem with our hot tub and he got someone to come round within an hour.”

Not only was the property great but the landlord was always on hand to deal with problems. Would 100% recommend the Clan Living experience.”

“Lived here (York Road) for the academic year 18/19. Firstly it’s a quality house, I’m very confident in saying you won’t find a nicer student house anywhere in the country. On top of that Henri was a very attentive landlord, we had a couple of minor issues in the year and Henri had them all fixed within a day. He also checked in a couple of times just to make sure we were getting on good and responded quickly to any questions we had via text. Top house and top landlord.”
“I spent my 2nd year of university here and it just made my overall experience of student life even greater!
Top quality facilities (projector, sound system, jacuzzi, table tennis, outdoor areas), and of the highest quality rooms. The location is also ideal as it is in between campus and town centre which makes walking distances perfect for both.
The owner Henri is just a great down to earth person and understands exactly what its like to be a student ;) , and communication with him is excellent.
Would be really happy to stay here again in my final year of university :)”

Communication to the owner was perfect and meant if there were any problems they were sorted so quickly and with the smallest of interruption.
