We converted the double garage into an unrivalled living room, complete with 100” cinema screen, full surround sound, designer furniture and your own unique McDonalds sign.
The bedrooms were revamped; with large 42” plasma TV’s installed in each bedroom, complete with bespoke furniture perfect for downtime away from university.
There is a vast garden; flattened and fitted with plush artificial grass. You can sunbathe and relax during the summer without any need for maintenance.
A derelict shed was transformed into a lounge cinema room, with 50” TV.
